Not loving your purchase definitely qualifies as bad juju and we don’t want that! If for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your Good Juju Ink purchase, our team will do our absolute best to fix the situation and get you back to spreading good juju.
To kickstart the return or exchange process, send an email to email@example.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to fulfill your refund or exchange. If we accidentally sent you the wrong thing (eek!), send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of delivery and we’ll get you sorted out.
Good Juju Ink is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so make sure you don’t accidentally enter your old address at checkout (we’ve all done that before). And make sure to treat your Good Juju Ink purchases with care as damage caused by improper handling by recipients is also not our responsibility. If items get damaged during shipment, please contact our team at email@example.com.
